Vesely International helps owner-led companies identify what is choking growth, install the right systems, and equip their teams with the resources, technology, and support needed to execute.
Most consultants make recommendations but cannot execute them. Most vendors sell tools without understanding the business.
Businesses we have helped
Our work spans home services, technology, staffing, media, and growing owner-led businesses.
The cost of waiting
Businesses rarely struggle because their owners refuse to work. They struggle when leadership stays trapped inside daily operations and financial, operational, and strategic problems remain unresolved until the company runs out of choices.
Weak financial controls, owner dependence, unclear strategy, inconsistent sales systems, and delayed decisions can turn manageable problems into business-threatening ones.
Average based on 26,941 U.S. business filings during the 12 months ending June 30, 2026.
Compared with the previous 12-month reporting period.
Leaving only 32% for strategy, systems, leadership, and long-term growth.
Latest available nationwide BLS measurement, first quarter 2025.
Do not become a statistic
Waiting does not protect the business. It gives unresolved problems more time to compound.

Bankruptcy filings do not represent every closure, and these statistics do not attribute every failure to management.
VIA Business Audit
Revenue can hide a weak system. Our Business Audit exposes the constraints, silos, leadership lids, margin leaks, and broken handoffs that keep a company busy without making it healthier.

What working with VIA looks like
We do not begin with a product, platform, or predetermined answer. We begin with the business, identify the constraint, and build the next step around what the company can execute and measure.
Diagnose
Review the numbers, sales process, leadership structure, operational handoffs, technology, and owner dependence before recommending a solution.
Prioritize
Separate symptoms from root causes, define the measurable outcome, and establish the order of work so the team is not solving everything at once.
Install
Develop the process, leadership rhythm, sales architecture, accountability, training, or technology required to move from recommendation to execution.
Measure
Track the right indicators, correct weak adoption, and determine whether the change is improving margin, conversion, capacity, accountability, or owner freedom.
Three pathways. One accountable relationship.
We diagnose what is limiting the business, help build and implement the right solution, and connect specialized experts or technology only when they support the strategy.
Diagnose
Before recommending services or technology, we identify what is actually limiting growth, margin, leadership, or execution.
Build & Implement
We work alongside owners and teams to build the systems, skills, accountability, and readiness the business needs.
Connect & Equip
Through the Legacy Consultant Network and VIA Business Solutions, we connect the business with vetted expertise and practical technology.

We recommend a specialist or platform only when it supports the diagnosed need, produces measurable value, and can be implemented by the team.

Our story and why
Vesely International was built from decades of starting, operating, advising, and repairing real businesses. We have seen companies grow revenue while losing clarity, margin, culture, and the owner’s freedom.
That is why we connect diagnosis, strategy, implementation, and business solutions. Our purpose is not to make companies look impressive. It is to build companies that are profitable, executable, trustworthy, and strong enough to outlast the founder.
“We do not build businesses only to become bigger. We build them to create freedom, impact lives, and leave a legacy.”
Meet the founder
Founder · Strategic Advisor · Sales Architect
Greg began building businesses as a teenager and has spent more than three decades in entrepreneurship, sales leadership, ministry, operations, and organizational development. His work is shaped by the belief that leadership is responsibility, selling is stewardship, and growth without structure eventually becomes a liability.
As a husband, father of seven, business owner, and advisor, Greg understands that success cannot be measured by revenue alone. A healthy company should protect margin, strengthen people, serve customers honestly, and give the owner the freedom to lead rather than carry every task.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about where we begin, who we serve, and how recommendations are made.
We help owner-led companies diagnose growth constraints, improve sales and leadership systems, install practical operating disciplines, and select technology that supports execution.
We work primarily with owner-led businesses, home-service companies, growth-stage organizations, leadership teams, and nonprofits that need clearer strategy and stronger execution.
A Business Audit examines financial constraints, sales conversion, leadership gaps, department silos, operational bottlenecks, margin leakage, technology gaps, and owner dependency.
No. We begin with the business problem, the current process, and the measurable outcome. A tool should be recommended only when it clearly supports the strategy and the team can execute it.
